The Member Referral Program is a great opportunity to help the Farmingdale Chamber and Your Business grow by referring new members! A growing membership strengthens the Chamber’s impact as it advocates on issues of importance to our members.
Here’s how it works: Identify businesses who you feel would benefit from Chamber membership. Think of those you do business with on a regular basis. Find out if they belong to the Chamber.
Complete the referral form below:
We will contact the referred business and mention your name and company as the referring business. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a $25 credit that you can apply to your annual membership dues or use towards payment for a luncheon or other event.
Terms and Conditions:
Current Chamber members can participate in this program.
A referral form must be submitted to the Chamber indicating you as the person referring the new business. A referral for this program is a business or repeat member (who hasn't been a member for more than a year) that joins the Chamber as a direct result of a current member's efforts.
Should a referral form be submitted more than once, the Chamber will honor the first referring party only. One full year of membership dues must be paid by the New Member.
