DO YOU WANT TO MAKE A MEANINGFUL IMPACT?

At Lodestar Children's Services, we don't just talk about impact — we create it every day. Our team of dedicated specialists works alongside youth and families — from children through young adults up to age 21 — in their homes and communities, helping them build the skills, resilience, and connections they need to thrive.

We're growing — and we're looking for compassionate, driven individuals who are ready to show up for kids when it matters most. Whether you're launching your career in mental health or bringing years of experience, there's a place for you here.
