Job Title: Part-Time / Per Diem Receptionist 
Location: Bethpage & Farmingdale, NY

We are seeking compassionate, professional, and dependable individuals to join our team as Part-Time / Per Diem Receptionists  for both our Farmingdale and Bethpage locations

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting families and guests with warmth, respect, and professionalism

• Assisting with door coverage during visitations

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Providing general support to families during services

• Maintaining a calm, compassionate presence in a sensitive environment

• Assisting staff as needed to ensure visitations run smoothly

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, respectful, and discreet demeanor

• Ability to remain calm and professional in emotional situations

• Reliable and punctual
• ?Drivers License

• Previous customer service or reception experience preferred (but not required)

Schedule:

• Part-time, per diem

• Flexible scheduling, primarily evenings and weekends 

• Availability varies based on visitation needs
