Grand Opening & Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony to Celebrate Vinoco East

Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it will hold a Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting ceremony for Vinoco East located at 223 Main Street, Farmingdale, NY at 5 PM on Friday, March 24, 2017. 

Chef/Owner Carlos Roman brings his passion for food to Main Street Farmingdale with opening of Vinoco East Global Fusion Tapas Restaurant in January 2017. With no pretention,  Carlos shares his culinary imaginings and love of food as he borrows from the past to create Tapas for the future, unique tasty morsels to be shared with friends while sipping a favorite drink and getting lost in great conversation.

 Carlos Roman spent years in the restaurant industry working for others. After growing weary of establishments that focused more on the plates than the food on them, Carlos decided to break out on his own in March 2012 and open Vinoco Wine Bar and Tapas Restaurant in Mineola; a place where he could let his dreams, imagination and love of food flourish. Mixing fantasy with reality, creating dishes with a twist that make up a playground on your plate, Carlos attempts to thrill your taste buds and blow your mind.

Vinoco’s Global Fusion Tapas Menu blends Cuisines from around the world while focusing on taste, texture and presentation. Farmingdale Chamber is delighted to welcome this restaurant to its new home on our thriving Main Street.
