St. Kilian's Social Justice Committee is hosting The Response Crisis Center to inform the Farmingdale community about suicide prevention; to learn the signs and raise awareness.

The meeting will be held on WEDNESDAY, NOV 6 at 7 p.m at St. Kilian's Parish Center, 485 Conklin Street, Farmingdale. The Parish Center is located in the church basement; enter from outside staircase facing Cherry St.  The speaker is Meryl Cassidy, LMSW, ACSW, Executive Director of the Response Crisis Center.

The Response Crisis Center is a nationally accredited, community-based agency that provides free and confidential hotline services available to anyone who needs to talk. Response’s services also include online crisis counseling, community education and training programs, support line and follow up services and a comprehensive information and referral database connecting callers with the most appropriate community resources.
