Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to Celebrate Kaufman Allied Patio Furniture Grand Opening
 
Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it will hold a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the grand opening of Kaufman Allied Patio Furniture, located at 1290 Broadhollow Road (Route 110), Farmingdale, NY at 6 pm on Friday, April 12, 2019.  
 
Kaufman Allied Patio Furniture is a 3rd generation, family owned and operated retailer who has been furnishing hundreds of thousands of backyards since 1939.  They started out as redwood lamppost and fence manufacturers and gradually transitioned into the redwood outdoor furniture business.  With their factory and showroom in Central Islip, they were centrally located to serve homeowners in both Nassau and Suffolk County. 
 
While consumer’s taste in outdoor furniture changed through the years so did Kaufman Allied’s business model and they started manufacturing PVC (plastic pipe) furniture which was very popular.  As the years passed, consumers wanted to spend more quality family time outdoors.
