Plainview & Syosset Hospital will be co-hosting a FREE women's wellness event at the Mid-Island Y JCC in Plainview. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy free fitness classes and speak one-on-one with Northwell Health physicians, pharmacists and other professionals. Health topics discussed include aromatherapy, weight management, nutrition, caregiver resources and more. All are welcome!
