Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it will hold a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the grand opening of In Motion Physical Therapy, located at 210 Sea Lane, Farmingdale, NY, at 10:30 am on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.
 
In Motion Physical Therapy of NY is a sports-focused outpatient physical therapy clinic and Pilates studio serving athletes and active adults across Farmingdale and the Long Island area. Founded in 2013 by Dr. Laura Sommer, In Motion was built on a simple belief: athletes deserve more. They provide one-on-one, personalized care from Doctors of Physical Therapy who are former athletes themselves. They understand firsthand what it takes to get back in the game, stronger than before. From high school athletes to weekend warriors, they help our community recover from injuries, prevent future setbacks, and perform at their best.
