Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it will hold a Ribbon Cutting ceremony for the grand opening celebration of Evolution Long Island, located at 47 Heisser Lane, Farmingdale, NY at 6 pm on Tuesday, November 22, 2022.  

Evolution Long Island provides physical therapy and fitness.  They combine injury rehabilitation with the tools to perform better and live a healthy lifestyle.

Farmingdale Chamber is delighted to welcome Evolution Long Island to the community and we wish them great success. We invite Farmingdale’s Elected Officials, Chamber Members, and all interested Farmingdale residents to join in the celebration.
