Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce is delighted to announce that it will hold a Ribbon Cutting ceremony to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Caracara Mexican Grill, located at 354 Main Street, Farmingdale, on Monday, June 21 at 12 noon.
Founded in June 2011 by Tony Kathreptis and Peter Rousakis, Caracara Mexican Grill is a friendly upscale restaurant serving modern and traditional Mexican cuisine. The restaurant features a lovely outdoor patio, and for tequila aficionados, a Tequila Lounge serving over 75 brands/types of tequila - something for every taste. Caracara is known for their fresh guacamole – prepared right at your table and delicious, trendy Mexican dishes such as Shrimp Tamale, Paella and Camarones Tropical, along with signature Frozen Margaritas. Caracara is popular with everyone - singles, college students, couples and families.
Tony and Peter express their thanks for the support they have received from everyone who has contributed to Caracara Mexican Grill’s incredible success over these past 10 years. “Farmingdale is a vibrant downtown with a great mix of shops, restaurants and character; we are thrilled to be part of the Farmingdale community.”
Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce is honored to celebrate Caracara’s significant milestone and we congratulate Tony and Peter on their great success. We invite Farmingdale’s Elected Officials, Chamber Members, and all interested Farmingdale residents to join us in the celebration. Light refreshments will be served.
