We are excited to announce that to help further demonstrate our commitment to serving our patients, Dr. Jack Singer and his staff will be merging offices with Dr. Lynna Pillai. 

We are so excited to be able to join forces as a private family practice to better serve the greater Farmingdale and surrounding Long Island communities. 

Starting May 1, 2023, Dr. Jack Singer and staff will relocate to 640 Fulton Street, Farmingdale NY, 11735.
We look forward to be able to serve you as patients with practitioners  available Monday-Saturday.
