Self Defense Class, an MYB Event
All female members of the Farmingdale Chamber of Commerce are invited to join the Chamber's Women in Business group "Mind Your Business" for a self defense lesson presented by Gregor Bravo, a Law Enforcement, Homeland Security Training/Consultant. This is a great introductory class to self-defense. You will learn some basics on how to protect yourself if you are ever in a dangerous situation.
$10 per person includes Chips & Guacamole at Caracara Mexican Grill after the class. Caracara is located 354 Main Street, Farmingdale
