Personal Care Items are greatly needed: Deodorant, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, and Toothpaste 
PAPER GOODS: Napkins, Paper Towels, Tissues, Toilet Paper 
DAIRY:  Evaporated Milk Liquid Milk (Parmalat, etc.) Powdered Milk 
GRAINS: Cereal, Crackers, Oatmeal, Pancake Mix 
VEGETABLES: any canned vegetables
PROTEINS: Baked Beans, Beans: Black, Red and White, Beef Stew (canned) Canned Chicken, Chick Peas, Chili, Dry Beans – Lentils,  Peanut Butter, Salmon, Tuna 
CANNED FRUIT: any canned or prepacked fruits 
SOUPS: beef broth, chicken broth, canned soups
DRINKS: Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Juice, Tea 
CONDIMENTS: ketchup, mustard, mayo, gravy, salad dressing
