DESCRIPTION:Support your local hospitals by participating in a Virtual 5K Run this summer!\n\nIn the interest of our community's health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic\, Plainview and Syosset Hospital's Annual Heart & Sole 5K will now be held as a virtual event.\n\nParticipants will have the opportunity to register online\, run on their own time and upload their results and photos to the event website between Sunday\, July 19th and Saturday\, July 25th.\n\nWe will also be hosting a Virtual Fun Run for children 12 and under so the whole family can participate!\n\nAll 5K participants will receive Heart & Sole T-shirts and all Fun Run participants will receive a finisher medal.\n\nThe proceeds from this race will support the Deborah Tascone\, RN Caregiver Center at Plainview Hospital.\n\nTo register\, visit: https://runsignup.com/Race/NY/Plainview/theheartsole5krunwalk
