Farmingdale Chamber is delighted to welcome this Martial Arts school for children and adults to the community. \n\n\n\nThey offer classes for children ages 3 year old and up. They also offer a program for students with special needs. At Kempo Self Defense & Fitness they teach\; self-defense\, respect\, discipline\, and self-control. They also work on fitness for all levels\, and offer cardio kickboxing classes.
