To the guests of our TOA restaurants,
In support of New York State’s efforts to increase social distancing and help stem the spread of COVID-19, TOA management team has made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend in-house dining service for two weeks at TOA all locations. From March 16, 2020, TOA will move forward to takeout and delivery service to safely accommodate our guests. It is essential to note that TOA has NO confirmed, suspected, or close contact with COVID-19 cases within our staff and customers. TOA will only maintain its takeout and delivery service under such conditions.
Like many other hospitability groups in New York, we must balance our service and responsibility to provide a nourishing environment for our guests and staff. TOA takes safety and transparency as its highest priorities in the following food preparing process, as we hope to support our friends and community the most we can, especially under such challenging times.
We are working in alignment with our local authorities to monitor the situation and exploring ways in which we can best support our community. As soon as it is responsible to doing so, TOA will resume its dinning service and look forward to welcoming you back to our restaurants.
